The best tempura meal I had. Period.
I made a reservation for me and a friend and received a confirmation email that my reservation was booked and confirmed. We got there and they doubled book. Could not explain what happened and instead booked the Japanese person instead of us. They offered to just bring us food instead of what we booked and we would not get the full experience. We declined as for the amount of money we would have to pay would not be right and not worth it for them to bring food to us in a corner. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in Japan over the years I have lived here.
