Mississippi State baseball (23-16, 6-11) continues the series against the Auburn Tigers (22-16-1, 6-11) on Sunday afternoon in Alabama with a chance to win its third consecutive SEC series this season after knocking off the Ole Miss Rebels and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
In the first contest against Auburn, the Bulldogs fell 2-1 to the Tigers but got to the right side of the win column on Saturday with an 11-10 victory. If MSU can repeat here, it builds more onto the momentum after the team got off to a rough start in SEC play this season.
