Can't login to Privilege Club anymore?
Is anyone else experiencing this at the moment that it says "Invalid credentials - You account will be locked after 3 invalid attempts" even though you didn't try 3 times and you use the correct data?
Two of my friends on the other side of the globe have the same problem!

They are rolling out OTP to login. I was notified my password had been reset when I tried to login in yesterday. I went through the process of setting a new one (which itself required an OTP) and was then able to login. Just tried again and it's still working fine but does require the OTP.
So perhaps reset your password and see if that fixes it?

The same happened to me. But it is not accepting valid new passwords, which I suspect means my account has indeed been locked. From a search online it would appear the lock is for 24 or 48 hours and attempting to access during that period restarts the lock period.
I didnt envisage when QR took a shareholding in BA that it would also follow some of its less desirable IT practices .

I was faced with the same problem yesterday: unable to login, unable to change password. Customer Service told me I'd need to wait two days before my account would unlock. I asked her to check what could be done: she went away and came back with 6 hours + a password change.
I've no idea if she'd made a mistake or if I'd successfully haggled a better solution with QR's internet. support.
Later that day I logged on, no password change but an OTP.

Yeah I've just had the same, came back with "your password has been reset, please click forgot password link" when I tried to sign in. Did that, and it asked for 2FA, then let me reset, I'm back in now.

Facing the same issue, can't login, can't reset, logged out of the app so I can't chat with support.
Called an agent and they just said "We haven't received any complaints about this, the website is working OK".
I guess they all went to the same Qatari School of Deflect, Ignore, Accuse.

Ge careful, from what i understand the 12/24 hour penalty period itself resets if breached. If you don't learn patience you could be locked out for eternity
